Find My Neighbours, I

I find my neighbours
near these days
and far too close
for comfort.
I see them gurgling
backyard beers,
hear such words as tort.
I lose a neighbour
when I can
although it's quite unfair.
It's just that I've
no extra time
my name's up chiselled
you know where.
I also find my neighbours see
me as a harmless chap.
But even so most
neighbours have
their umpteen ways
to ruin a nap.
I find my neighbours
near these days
and far too sing-
ularistic
But who am I
to play 'I Spy',
a practice so unmystic.
