How I missed in this life
a sharing with you
that never occurred.
You were crippled
emotionally,
which explains your
wobbly gait.
We were there--
little guys for you
to lean on. but
you didn't teach that.
Cripples can talk
but cannot show
track contestants
how to run.

what a cripple knows
at the onset.
Maybe whatever sharing
took place was the
sharing meant to be.
How I wish, however,
the sharing had been
more.
