It's only retrospectively we can appreciate signs. So tempting to take that trip in the light of your happy ending. Lovely poem - made me sad and smile at the same time.

As you know, Tina, I have always admired your style and said so on many occasions. Recently though I have noticed an odd trend: you seem to 'recycle' some of your old poems using the same text but changing the title. I have mentioned this in the past and the answer I got was that you considered your work to be always 'a work in progress'.That may be so but in this latest all you seem to have done is to drop the last stanza from the original.
