I read this the other day and thought it brilliant but I was feeling too brain dead to come up with a decent comment, probably can't now but I did want to say this is a beautiful piece of writing it made me very sad but I love the ending very much, a little piquant shot of quiet and tender-not happiness exactly- but almost
