IN THE DARKNESS OF THE NIGHT

In the darkness of the night,
stalking through copsewood,
the feline,
her eyes wide open,
body rigid,
she spies an owl with beedy eyes,
follow a bat,
through the skies,
seeking for to suprise,
the moth that's flying by.

Very nice! I know what you mean about the ones you enjoy writing, they just pour out! I can tell how well my poems flowed by the amount of lines I scratch out, I never erase anything!

Hi Kahdai, I love to watch cats, when they don't know you are watching them, they are such mysterious creatures. I have actually been told I have a cat as a guardian angel, I like that idea. Thankyou again for your kind comment and for reading. Jenny.

Wow! Kahdai, you have cats as angels too, that is great, apparently the cat that is my guardian angel, used to get thrown out of the house alot by its owners, I don't know if it was my grans, because she used to breed persians, so maybe it was one of hers, I really don't know.
