Oceans rising

Moon is falling

Sun is burning

We the human race

Are not for learning

 

Rivers flooding

Winters get colder

Hurricanes play games

We the human race

Just give them names

 

Oxygen reducing

Trees keep falling

As the Earth cracks

We the human race

Turn our backs

 

Mountains crumbling

Toxic Rivers flow

Food is in short supply

We the Human Race

Still not asking why

 

Climate denial

We are all on trial

We, the world at large

We the Human Race

Are guilty as charged

Great sentiment. Some of the lines - We the human race, Winters get colder, As the Earth cracks are a bit blunky in the middle of the stanzas. Was this deliberate? They may flow more if they were shorter but you may not want that.
