Mariya felt sick at this moment.
"What is happening to my family?"
She asked herself, while wondering what else could possibly happen next.
She took a deep breath, and called the doctor.
"This is Mariya Alekseev.
You called saying something had happened to my daughter Rayna?"
Asked Mariya
The doctor sighed before saying,
"Oh, yes. Hello, Mrs. Alekseev. I am so sorry to have to bother you with this, but there was an incident with Rayna."
"What happened? Is she all right?"
Asked Mariya, who could feel her heart about to jump out of her chest.
"She is fine. She attacked someone here, and we were forced to sedate her. My question is, does she have any mental problems that we need to know about?"
Mariya didn't even know how to answer that. She remained silent for a few moments while the doctor on the other end repeatedly said,
"Mrs. Alekseev? Are you there Mrs. Alekseev?"
She finally answered,
"No! There is nothing mentally wrong with my daughter."
The doctor could tell that this question upset her by the tone in her voice.
"I am sorry if I have upset you in any way, Mrs. Alekseev. However, the way I witnessed your daughter behaving is not quite normal.
She didn't just slap someone, she knocked her to the ground, and was punching her.
She was raging. We couldn't control her.
Because she is a minor, we would like your permission to do a psychiatric examination on her.
She may have a problem that no one, not even she is aware of."
"You do not have my permission to do anything to my daughter. There is nothing wrong with her. She is just under a lot of stress.
Both her father and sister nearly died in a short amount of time."
Said Mariya, growing increasingly more angry
"Her behavior is not just caused from stress. What if next time this happens no one is there to stop her, and she kills someone.
Do you really want her to spend the rest of her life in prison?.
She got lucky this time, and the individual is not going to press charges against her."
A deadpan Mariya paused for a moment to think about her decision.
"Fine. Do what you have to do, but if you harm a single hair on her head I'll..."
The doctor then hung up.

Rayna awoke in a hospital room.
Her arms and legs were strapped down.
No one else was in the room with her.
She was confused.
The last thing she remembered was seeing Caelia with Maya, and awaking there.
Just then, two men walked into the room.
One was quite tall with closely cut black hair and glasses.
His name was Dimitar Konstantin; the other was shorter with slightly longer dark brown hair.
His name was Kaloyan Milen.
The latter said,
"Hello, Rayna. How are you feeling?"
Rayna looked around the small room for a moment before answering,
"I feel really dizzy. What happened to me. Why am I strapped down?"
Her voice remarkably calmer that it was earlier.
Dr. Milen said,
"You don't remember, do you?"
"Remember what?"
Asked Rayna
Dr. Milen wrote something down on a notepad, and said,
"You were in a fight.
You knocked down a woman, and began violently punching her.
She only sustained minor injuries, but we had to sedate you.
You were out of control."
Rayna looked at him in confusion.
"That really happened?
How come I don't remember any of it?"
"It really happened. I don't know why it happened or why you don't remember it. That is why Dr. Konstantin is here.
He wants to do an evaluation on you to see what made you snap like that."
Rayna sat there in confusion.
"Who was the girl I--- I hurt?"
She asked
"She was a friend of your sister's named Caelia."
Rayna's mouth dropped.
"I hurt Caelia? Why would I do that?"
"Don't worry, Rayna. Everything will be all right. The other person involved is not pressing charges against you."
Said a soft spoken Konstantin.
"She seems to have calmed down."
He whispered to Dr. Milen.
He walked over to her, and undid the straps.
Dr. Milen walked out of the room, and Dr. Konstantin sat down on chair next to the bed.
"I am going to have to ask you some questions. Is that all right with you?"
He asked
"Yeah, sure. Whatever!"
"First, has this ever happened to you before?"
"No, never. All I remember is getting really angry over something stupid, and that's it."
"Why do you think you got so angry?"
"I'm not sure. I saw Caelia with my sister, and began to feel bad, like, I should be there with her, not Caelia.
The strange thing is, only an hour or so earlier I was thinking to myself how much I hated Maya.
Why would I care if I hated her?"
"I believe that there are two sides to every person.
Maybe one side of you was angry with your sister for something, maybe it was because she was getting more attention than you or something like that, which made you (at the moment) feel like you hated her.
Then there is the other side of you that loves your sister. They say that Identical twins have the strongest bond of anyone. And when you saw someone other than you with her, the sides of you were in conflict."
They continued talking...

A nurse was stitching up Caelia. She had a black eye, and several cuts and bruises on her face and arms. Maya was next to her.
"I am sorry about what my crazy sister did to you. I don't know what came over her."
Said Maya
"That's all right. I don't blame her for this. She's sick and needs help. I believe that the person who attacked me was not Rayna."
