Shattered glass like a shattered life
Put back together it is never right
The pieces so fragile, at a glance they could break
Reflections and memories of all my mistakes
The glue that held me together is coming apart
Releasing the pieces of my broken heart
They fall down and shatter time after time
Though they are broken they're rightfully mine
From the darkness I ascend
Holding the pieces I'm trying to mend
But they are too broken to ever be whole
Too many are missing, the ones that you stole
I thought my whole life was over once you went away
Believing in nothing but making you pay
