Glory to God

in the highest,
Christ has risen,
he has conquered Satan
and saved us from the horror
the horror
of our sins.

we have done so much wrong
schooled so many souls
to death
longed for so much harm to our enemies
but Christ
loves us all.

Glory to God
who has arisen
let us all worship him
with our souls,
let us love him
as forever more,
let us love him
with all our souls.

He is all good
he is all knowing.

no one can stand in his presence
without crying.

let our passions be sublimated,
let our souls awaken to the Glory
that is Christ.
