iii. welfare system - give the citizen time to adjust from the dependent system to the independent system.
most people work a limited number of hours to get the full benefit of the welfare system and really do not desire to work more hours or get higher pay if it means the termination of the welfare checks and benefits. give the individual about a 3 year adjustment period during which she gains a foothold into the workplace and secures a good position and still gets the welfare check.
encourage poor individuals not to engage in immediate gratitification. educate them about all the free services in america.
iv. immigration - stop all immigration. immigration is cheapening the labor market in both middle and working class jobs. at the same time, americans need to work harder. the laziness in this country is shameful and i don't mean just the middle and working class.
if america really wants to attract the upperclass from other countries, america should prepare for a major cultural war and a very tense situation. the upperclass is the most warlike of all classes.
middle class immigration is causing the middle class jobs to lower its payrolls. the competition from immigrants is resulting in a scene in which the hungry immigrants are willing to work harder for less pay. the same in university jobs. at the same time, we have an aging population that is killing the healthcare industry. people are not dying fast enough and the aging population cannot meet the needs of the market. deflation.
the competition from immigrants also keeps the minimum wage low. i am not a fan of a rising minimum wage if the US wants to bring back manufacturing in certain industries, but the stopping of all immigration will result in the automatic rise of the minimum wage.
the market will readjust itself. prices will once again rise. healthcare costs for workingclass people will drop since they are eating and drinking better.
v. military - the military should be subsidized by the upperclass since they have a vested interest in expansionism and the spread of capitalism.
vi. taxes - taxes should be local only. no federal taxes. states compete with themselves for superiority. 1 senator and 1 house of representative for each state.
