Politics as Usual 1

Looking at the current political atmosphere in America, I can only say that it is pretty much the same as always. It's pretty much the liberal, well-meaning lies of Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders vs. the crude, blatant lies of the cowboy Donald Trump.

Despite the seeming departure from politics as usual, Donald Trump is pretty much in line with the younger Bush's philosophy. The Bushes vs. the Clintons... and yet we shouted not so many years ago, NO MORE BUSHES, NO MORE CLINTONS. White lies, dark noises.

Politics is essentially about lies. You are supposed to promise much and deliver little. Politics is also pretty much a zero sum game. What politicians will give you now, they'll take away from your sons and daughters later. You owe something for what politicians gave you.

Donald Trump's politics is, in some ways, a take-off on Reagan. He definitely has the one-liners which echo with the sound and fury of a Dirty Harry overstatement. He's definitely crafting a political persona which builds facades and towers of TOUGHNESS. Underneath though, Donald Trump is a scared piece of shit who couldn't stand up to Putin or even the Chinese president. As for Hitler, Donald Trump would probably fall to his knees before him. This gets me to another point. What would Americans do if Hitler really appeared on the world stage once again, if there were really a second coming of Hitler? As for the politicians, they would probably attack the way he dressed or his mustache. It's almost amazingly funny, hyperbolically funny how weak and stupid the liberal attack on Donald Trump is. If Hitler, who was 1,000,000 times worse than Donald Trump appeared, I really wonder what they would have done before Hitler exterminated them as the weaker race or the class?

As for the current liberals, they are used to lying with a compassionate smile. Bill Clinton was the genius of political lies so much that women swooned over his lies. I believe that he promised the surplus money that the US had at that point to the poor which was sheer BULLSHIT! The funny thing about people these days, EVEN THESE DAYS, is that they pretty much believe what they hear. Susan Sontag once mentioned that there is little content in modern art. Modern art is all about style. No repression. The messenger is the message. It's just amazing what you can say with a compassionate, well-meaning face and THEY believe you. Actually, people believe what they want to hear. You can repeat what people want to hear all their life and they'll still believe you.

In contrast, some of what Donald Trump says makes straight and clear sense, but his solutions are really perverted. His core basis is still the Tea Party which has a gloss of Fascism to it. He'll definitely screw over the Evangelicals who got screwed over by the Bushes and before that by Reagan. Some Neoconservatives are supporting him, but this, again, I don't really understand. Although Trump is not Hitler, some comparison may shed some light on Trump. He is an opportunist like Hitler was. He also doesn't give a flying shit about Jews. Trump is about money and basically money that will come into his coffers if America becomes more of an isolationist country.

Hilary Clinton is being advised by her husband, Bill Clinton, the genius of lying. She comes off stiff and uncaring though. After so many years of shedding off the female myth, shedding off the female mystique and female attractiveness, the liberal image makers have dolled her off as if she were some... I really don't know what to say here. The liberals have been working overtime to portray themselves as the COMPASSIONATE party. The liberals are going to let ALL THE SYRIANS in which is prepostrously stupid. Did I spell that right? The Syrians shouldn't be let in at all. This is not a human right issue, it's a terrorism issue and it is a Middle Eastern issue. Why won't Saudi Arabia and Iran let Syrians in? I mean, politically, that's what it is, isn't it, a war between Iran and Saudi Arabia staged in Syria?
