I'm just a ordinary
person trying to be me

I am not what you want
or what your trying to make me out to be

most of the time I stay
in the corner trying to hide me

but I have to fly with
my winds I got to be free

 

I'm not saying

I don't love you

you know that I do

but I am nothing like
your personality

that's you

you can chat to people

calm and cool

but me

I am shy and withdraw

its nothing to do with
you

 

but just lately

I am beginning to shine
my light

not hide in the
darkness

and come into the light

with my own little
light

I 'll take on life

i'm quiet

just don't know what
to say or do

they all seem more
smarter then me so I hide away

and when I find some
courage to do what I say

sometimes people take
it away

they don't know there
doing it

why should they know

Einstein or Beethoven you see

I am just trying to
reach for the world and be me

little light inside of me
