Am I invisible
A lifeless shell without the me within
Here but never belonging
A shadow, the corner of your eye
Like an apparition you only see it on rewind
Ignored, abandoned and alone
Repeating movements that go unnoticed
Sitting on my own
Hoping to make a connection
To say hello
Maybe I could tell you everything
So you could understand who I am
But this story will go untold
For as soon as you notice me I disappear
This leaves me to question
Am I really even here
Someone please notice me
Before its too late
And I am just a face on the milk carton on your table
The face you saw on the street yesterday
And just walked on by
