We chase shadows inbetween sunlight
We follow paths forged by others
We believe in gods and monsters
We are fragile like life

We are the distance to the sun
We are the love thats never alone
We are the flames that warm your hands
We are the hourglass losing sand

We are the beginning without and end
We are fathers with guiding hands
We are building blocks nothing more
We are sadness washed in tears
