Cleethorpes. (I Wish we were going to Spain)

We went to my Auntie's in Cleethorpes,
We go for our hol's every year.
With sandwiches and tea,and some chocolate for me,
And those brown plastic sandles to wear.
We leave for the train nice and early,
Mother panic's about missing the train.
So we sit and we wait for two hours,
Oh I wish we were going to Spain.
We get to my Auntie's at tea time,
Same as we do evey year.
Mother says,oh he really enjoys it,
Does him good all that fresh clean sea air.
So I wonder upstairs to the window,
And just stand there and stare out to sea.
There's a girl lives next door called Patrica,
But there's no way would she look at me.
You see I can't get away from my Mother,
She takes me with her all the time.
I'm living the life of a prisoner,
Oh when will my own life be mine?
We go for a walk on the sea front,
And go to a cafe for tea.
So we sit there, eat fresh scones and cream cake,
Just Mother and Auntie and me.
It's rained every day since we got here,
I really am feeling the strain.
I think I'll kill Mother and Auntie,
And fly off with Patrica to Spain.
