Question Poem
Rainbows
Rainbows,
You are an awesome sight.
Why do you stay hidden in the rain?
If I were you,
I would flash across the sky.
Adjective/Emotion Poem
Freshness
If freshness were a color
It would be yellow
As yellow as the sun
If freshness were a taste
It would be just like crisp cool water on a hot summer day
If freshness were a feeling
It would be refreshing as an icy hose shower after a long run
If freshness were a smell
It would be exhilarating as a jump from a high cliff into dark waters
If freshness were a sound
It would be soothing as a bird singing after a shower
Metaphor Poem
The Ocean
Blue sprays are your domains.
You are violent and calm.
Where you are, there will be fear.
The vastness of your kingdom is extraordinary.
