the Sacre Coeur looking down
storm swirls the ocean

Walking in the Fifth
lost in the hustling crowd
rats in the sewer

My open window
the flood of a violin
the sun shining through

Cheap rooms and lost weeks
the pale face of bad treatment
as far as Versailles

Thanks for the comment and the tip. With the first one I wanted an image that jumped from the individual on the hilltop to the city at large. Hence: Sat on the hilltop at the Sacre Coeur looking down at the city But, you're right, so I decided to put another up. Thanks for taking the time out
