silver horns

when my beard gets itchy,
oh, my lovely horse,
nothing can get worse
my dead skull helmet
will rise from the horizon
chased by a herd of bison
can't wash you too much
don't do it myself as well
because I like the gasoline smell
when I grab your horns
don't care about the world
I am coming with the flood
But you, my friend
never let me down, never..
only when I got cheaper
In the harsh times
you even share your precious blood
for our zippo squib
or when you protect me
from the burning sun
in the days I am dead drunk
When my time comes
dear, silver horns, must know
you should never drive slow!

I love the letting you down
I love the letting you down for being cheap T
A lesson well directed to every man in the world, who forgets they are actually letting themself down being 'cheap', and not being let down by their ride, girlfriend or wife... nor are they doing that cheaply in the end. Nice apology that.
I liked this piece and scored it appropriately... made me smile at the way you have conveyed your message in such tongue in cheek manner... good on you mate
