Perfect.

Was reading this morning that, “We should be perfect.” It got me thinking, one I’m not perfect but could I count on one hand anyone I thought was perfect?
I thought of Yvonne the top of my list, she has not had an easy life, yet she is still amazing! She is way above everybody else. Next I thought of Mr Price, he is such a lovely soul, he speaks his mind, and even when he was attacked, he did not retaliate! Third is Sandra, I’ve known her for many years, I look up to here, even though I’m taller than her. Then there is the lovely Mr Proctor RIP, I think he would have been number One if he was still alive. Next is Lulu he is a Man, and not the famous lady we all know and love. Finally, Charmaine Nobel-Maclean, a radio presenter, her voice is perfect and I could listen to her all day. All these lovely people I couldn’t imagine them ever angry, yet its an emotion, and everyone gets angry.
I’ve had three people in my life so far say to me, at different times, and they don’t know each other. “I would value you with my Life.” What a statement. What did they see? That I don’t? Two of these people I work with, one a gay man, the other a young woman, a different culture to me and the third a good friend who has known me a very long time, she is a friend that I look up to and respect highly.
It’s a tall order to be perfect, and I’m sure it would do our World the world of good, if there were more people who strived to be as good as they can, for at times it can be difficult to do the right thing.
I wouldn’t have enough fingers and toes to think of bad and evil people that I have met.
How about you? Who do you admire and why?
