And so, the holiday is over - Happy New Year

The beginning of the end.

The end of everything important,

Important to me and those around me.

 

And so I return,

Return to my place of work.

To work until it's time to break,

To break from work, and be with family.

 

And so I wait,

I wait until next Christmas.

At Christmas again we'll have time,

Time to rest, time to play, time to Celebrate.

 

And so I raise a glass,

A glass to toast the future.

To a future that's happy and prosperous,

Prosperous for all, for me, for you, for everyone!
