My friend Sean started out as a client
Now he’s my friend Sean

My friend Sean reminds me of my granddad, young at heart and full of humour
He has a blues band
Hes jumped out of a plane 100 times

Hes fought addiction and won
He teaches kids about God and love
But the best thing about my friend Sean ,is hes my friend and if you meet him he might be yours too

Good for you with a friend- he is in good shape- I wish I was in such good shape and I'm not 73 yet.

Well six years ago he was,nt in good shape at all, I can and he can anyone can. Not always to the same level or in the same way but using the fitness method which suits you ,running,dancing,climbing swimming going for a walk nowt special about us we just show up and train and enjoy it
