Bertrand Russell stated in his book "why I am not a christian" , that if you can not see, sense or measure an effect then it does not exist.
Kurt Godel's Imcompleteness theorem however proves that some facts are unknowable by their very nature.
Not all postulates can be proven or disrpoven.
Thus does ordinance fail?
What of consideration and deep deliberation, is zero the sum total when all seems futile or should one be more fertile in realms of the mind?
Should we make a game of it?
Forgetting we are players.
When I'm caught out in the rain I sheltered under a tree, yet my mind still wanders.

As I have said, in reply to your questions on my 'The Limitations of Science to study the past, I think we have to come back to our need of revelation from one who knows, and our study of that, as our imaginings fail to give us enough knowledge, and there is light in the Bible. Regards,

"that reveals itself in … " - but also through really giving messages to prophets down the ages, and then through his Son, and in mercy as an answer to judgement. Many dismiss the Bible without really reading it carefully, prayerfully. I'm not being argumentative, just sharing!
