Premise 1: If I can prove that there is a reality beyond my reality then that is proof that my reality is not true reality.
Premise 2: Energy is the fundamental building material of this reality yet abstract ideas; abstract mathematical truth and logic also exist but they are not made of energy.
Yet they are not a product of energy and matter either. 2+2 = 4 would still be true within a void without matter or energy and everything in our energy based reality conforms to abstract mathematical truth and logic which makes it very likely that abstract mathematical truth and logic predate the existence of our reality.
Abstract mathematical truth and logic exist but are not part of the same stuff as our reality; they exist independently of our reality; they are something separate to or outside our reality, in other words part of some other reality.
Conclusion: My reality is not true reality.
