Animatoys – Amazing, entirely new kind of toy; the merging of animation and toy

What if you had a toy car with animated (cartoon) passengers; in other words, the windscreen of the car would be a screen; possibly an LCD screen and the animated passengers would appear to move inside the car?

You could do the same with toy houses; Anima houses where all the windows of the house are screens and animated people live inside.

And planes and spaceships with LCD screen portals and windows through which you see animated passengers and crew.

Even action figures, possibly with screens instead of the visors of helmets, with animated talking faces behind the visors

Could you still open the doors and see that it's empty inside?

An awful lot of toy cars and vehicles that I played with as a child had doors that didn't open but being a child full of imagination and joie de vivre, it didn't stop me from enjoying playing with them. So, no but I don't think it would be too much of a problem to a child.

A dolls house might be a bit more problematic but you could always open up the front of the house to reveal a screen showing the houses interior with virtual occupants, like a Tamagotchi pet only Tamagotchi tennants that you could move about the house like game characters and change the occupants by putting a different memory card into the house.then, when you'd finished playing with it, close up the front of the house and see the virtual occupants walking past the windows.
