The Bear and The Bees

A bear took some honey
from a hive up in a tree.
It was yummy, gold and runny
but he stole it from the bees
and the bees got very cross
so they chased the bear around.
"That honey belonged to us",
they said with a buzzing sound
and they chased him through the forest
and they chased him up a hill
saying, in their buzzing chorus,
"Well get you, you thief, we will"
but the bear jumped in the river
so the bees let him go then.
That bear, though, will never ever
steal from honey bees again.
