Big, yellow banana boat

In my big, yellow banana boat
I sailed the seven seas
with my multi-coloured hat and coat
and a cat upon my knee.

And I sailed to islands far away
where the merry mermaids laugh and play.
On my mandolin I plunked a tune
while they danced and swam beneath the moon.
