Birthday Balloon (Song)

1.
In a Birthday balloon we flew up to the moon
where a big, birthday party was planned.
There were ragdolls and bears and all kinds of toys there;
all the people who live in Toyland.

Then a big birthday cake that the fairies had baked
was wheeled out for every toy to share.
Then they all had a slice and it tasted so nice
that they let out a big, birthday cheer:

Then on fairy fork lifts, all the big birthday gifts
were brought in wrapped with paper and bows.
They were all opened wide and what was found inside
were lots of birthday wishes that glowed.

But then we had to fly and so we said goodbye
as we waved to our fairytale friends
and we heard them all say as we floated away
"Happy Birthday. Please come back again":
