A kangaroo, she went to France;

a can-can kangaroo;

to learn to do the can-can dance;

a can-can kangaroo.

She can-can’d at the Moulin Rouge;

the can-can kangaroo

and the stir that she caused was huge;

the can-can kangaroo.

Her legs, up in the air, she’d kick;

the can-can kangaroo.

She’d do the splits and other tricks,

the can-can Kangaroo

and while, upon the stage, she hopped;

up from her pouch the head would pop

of little Joey too.
