Children’s Toy Idea – The Magical pop-up book box.

Simply, a box of which one of the inside walls (or the bottom of the box) is a pop-up book and, thus, when 3 dimensional objects unfold (as they do when you open a pop-up book) they look like objects contained in the box*.

In this way a child could easily make 3 dimensional objects seem to appear, disappear and change, simply by opening/ closing the pop-up book wall (or bottom) and turning its pages.                                                                         

*For example: You open up the pop-up book bottom of the box and a pop-up ball unfolds, now it looks like there is a ball inside the box.

“But wait”, you say to your friends, “I can make it transform into something else” .

Then you turn the page of the pop-up book in the bottom of the box and a pop-up vase unfolds. Now it looks like there is a vase inside the box.

“But where did the ball go?”, ask your friends, mystified.

“Aha!”, you say, “That is my secret”.
