Within your eyes is proof we are
grandchildren of the twinkling stars
and your mouth is that, crimson, glows
proof your ancestor was the rose
and from my heart a beating comes
just like my forefather the drum
when our hands join; two wings of love,
proof we're descended from the dove.

I didn't know what a blason
I didn't know what a blason was in poetry terms, so I googled - nice use of the form.
