I am Lily of the Valley.
Forth, from the green Earth, I sally
and, from my shoot, proud and tall,
showers of snow white flowers fall.
I am snowdrops in the Spring time;
battling frost; conquering rime
to spill silken, milk white tepals
and bring joyful smiles to people.
I am the brave dandelion.
Blow and watch my seeds go flying,
scattering the field and plane
with golden dandelion mane.
I am a father; Fatherland.
With Mother Earth, I’m hand in hand;
the rising sun, our band of gold
and Spring, the new born child we hold.
