Jeremiah

Jeremiah;
filled with fire;
let it burst out of your heart.

 

Say old temple
walls will crumble;
say a brave new age will start.

 

You have heard
the sea of voices
tell you
that you must begin.

 

To fight old priests;
greed and vices;
fight with truth
and you can win.

 

Say the yoke can
yet be broken
that upon our necks was placed.

 

When the tired
hear your fire
their hearts too will start to blaze.

 

Those who plot
and plan against you
may try
underhanded schemes.

 

But with truth
in your defence you
will give
power to our dreams.
