Money Making Idea: Lottery Owner's Collective

A group of ordinary working class people pool their money together as a lottery prize.
They then sell lottery tickets to win that prize and divide up all the money made from selling the lottery tickets between them.
Or even better, they make that money the next lottery prize so they can sell even more tickets.
All you have to do to know this is a good idea is think about how much money people who run lotterys make from selling tickets.
I really think this would be a way that people, with a little effort, could go from being working class to being millionaires.
