Perception does not equal truth thus the subjectivity of perception does not equal the subjectivity of truth.

Premise 1: Things may be true though we cannot perceive them. (For example Atoms exist even if I have never seen an Atom, their existence is not reliant upon my ability to perceive them).
Premise 2: People perceive things differently (For example, a person who is red green colour blind looking at a painting containing red and blue will see it differently to someone who is not).
Conclusion: People perceive things differently but because things may be true though we cannot perceive them, the subjectivity of perception does not equal (is not evidence for) the subjectivity of truth.
