I travelled by plane to a planet of blue
and there met a creature who played the kazoo.
He lived on pineapple and pelican stew,
that strange little man from the planet of blue.

I travelled by boat to a planet of green
and there met a goat man who could not be seen.
Thankfully his brain was as small as a bean,
that horrible thing from the planet of green.

I travelled by horse to a planet of red
and there met a toad with an oddly shaped head.
He bounced up and down on his four poster bed,
that very odd toad from the planet of red.

I travelled by car to a planet of pink
and there met a seahorse that wallowed in ink.
It had thirteen eyes of bright blue it would blink,
that wildly weird thing from the planet of pink.

I travelled by bird to a planet of Yellow
and there met a very peculiar fellow.
Like thunder and lightning, he burped and he bellowed,
that very mad man from the planet of yellow.

I travelled by train to a planet of purple
and there met strange people who looked just like turtles.
They, backwards and forwards, like rockets, would hurtle
those people, quite strange, from the planet of purple.

Then, lastly I leapt to a bright orange planet
and met an old badger made mostly of granite.
Three worshipful moles with their bright tails would fan it,
that very odd badger from the orange planet.

I don't know why but it made me think of Dr. Seuss - although it is not Seussian-- it is however, very fanciful and fun and I love the imagination in your rhyming - Thank you for the burst of childhood this provided me.
I Loved this very much.
