Rainbow Earth (For Earth Day)

The sun is her orange and her yellow;
her blue, the seas below and skies above;
her green, the leafy trees and grassy meadows;
her red, the bright red rose which blooms for love
and the russet sunset that precedes the twilight
when skies turn to violet and indigo;
look around you; you’re surrounded by all the bright
and beautiful colours of the Earth’s rainbow.
