Suggestion for a way to prevent child abductors from crossing borders easily + Suggestion of a Crime Reporting App

1.If parents were forced to produce evidence when going through passport control/customs that the child with them was their child (for example having their childs photo and fingerprints on their passport) then perhaps this would make it harder for those who abduct children to quickly leave the country with an abducted child. 2. An idea for a crime reporting App: Whenever you see a crime taking place or something suspicious, you could take a photograph or make a video/audio recording  with your mobile phone and a crime reporting App could send it straight to the police to be stored on a police computer along with your contact details; no more need for photofits or trying to jog a witness's memory as to what a criminal looked like.
