The humming of the honeybees
and happy serenade
of songbirds in the Summer trees
is beginning to fade.
I no longer smell the perfume
of flowers in the air
or see daffodils in full bloom,
spreading gold everywhere.
The sky has gone from blue to grey
and the sun that warmed my skin
has turned to cold December day.
Oh please, kiss me again.

Days,in winter, when the sun
Days,in winter, when the sun doesn't shine are so depressing. But when it shines the rays aren't exactly warm but they can lift the winter bleakness for me.
