Sun Spider

The Sun's a big spider of gold
on a ceiling of blue.
She comes down when the world gets cold
to weave a web, its true.

 

She weaves a web of ice and snow
with her long legs of light.
That's why, in wintertime, you know,
the whole world's wearing white.
