Two little cats

Late one night, Paula and Pat,

two little girls, turned into cats;

and their hands became paws and so did their feet

and they purred and miaowed as they stalked down the street.

Then they roamed through the moonlight along alleyways

till they came to a place called ‘ The Cat Cabaret’;

it’s a place where the alley cats go to have fun

and they laughed and they danced until the rising sun.
