Oh, little flame of Autumn, never fear the winter snow
for now you’ll go to where the Fall colours forever glow
and silver moon that so adorns this blissful Autumn night,
you too will be transformed to a precious pearl of inner light
for, hotter than the hottest brand heated by mortal fire
are the passionate kisses that the Autumn can inspire;
kisses that leave their glowing mark deep, deep within the heart
and, only with a gentle, joyful sweetness ever smart.
Long as a kiss can be remembered, this day shall not die
it’s amber leaves forever blazing against my inner eye.

I hate autumn because it's a precursor to the even more hated winter. Roll on spring ... but this is really good.
