Self Aware

I often ponder about the idea of God,
Man was made from a mountain of mud,
He drew him near and plucked a rib,
then symbolicly speaking
Vanished into ether,

Now we become god, as the dawn draws nearer.

Many will question the madness of my thoughts,
Others couldnt care less,
They are easily bored.

First we had religion
Those masters of men,
keeping us all informed
of the intentions
of the ten.

Those mighty commandments
Those moral laws,
But the day man created the internet,
Religion was no more.

Next step it becomes self aware,
The brain is a network
illuminating in all different spots,
Well so is the internet
illuminating quite a lot,

I have drew from the well,
I seen it myself,
2012,
The mayans predictions
The internet finally see's itself,

The age of awareness
the next stage in which we dwell.

Not sure, aint heard of it, I'm just wikipedia 'ing' it now but can only find something about a board game. I'll have a read see what it is all about. The poem is about man beoming God, sort of like the book frankenstein how he creates life but then allows it to develop itself without the correct love and care, and in the end creates a monster, the way i see it the internet is similar to a human brain, instead of computers all linked up though the brain is linked up with receptors and nerves or something like that, its like when they do those CAT scans and see that when someone is remembering something it lights up one side of the brain but if they are playing sports it lights up another, well before we were consciously aware all this stuff it still happened but then the day came when it dawned on us that we were there. I think therefore I am. One day the internet will realise this. Then what happens? In a sense we will have achieved God status, we have created another life form.

Until we feel our thoughts our thinking remains unfelt
