When I was a young man

Tomorrow is a time for putting things off,
You can just do it later, only time is lost,
But only time will tell,
Was it the right decision,
Or was it another "what was I thinking"
A mistake I shouldn't of made,
But don't worry cause things can wait,
Just another moment that's been delayed,
It won't do no harm,
But what if tomorrow never came and,
The days went by without a change,
Still no job, Still no money,
Wouldn't it be funny?
Would I be trapped or free from expectations,
There'd be no stress or frustration,
Because I would know and expect the daily situation,
On the other hand,
Trapped in an eternity with no future,
No tomorrow, only today,
You couldn't go no where to settle and stay,
Just waking up in the same place,
each and everyday,
My reflection showing no aged face,
No stories to tell, no news to spread,
No newborns to replace the dead,
No new generations cause tomorrow is today,
And yesterdays over and gone its own way.
I written this when I was 16, I'm 25 now and found it in an old notebook.
