The world we know is changing
The things we know will pass,
The endless miles of tarmac
Will slow, and fill with grass.

Now each one has a duty
To stand up tall and straight,
To take command of all they do,
Right now - no time to wait!

We must work with our neighbours,
We must work with our friends,
We must work with each other,
The network never ends,

To build a new tomorrow,
A future bright and strong,
That’s filled with love and sharing,
Where all feel they belong,

Where each one treads so lightly
Upon this living Earth
That future generations
Can inherit all at birth.

The future’s bright and wonderful,
The future’s green and blue,
The future’s quite sustainable,
But it has to start with YOU!
