I must reach out in all directions;
travel every avenue,
like branching branches; stars and snowflakes,
rivers and raindrops that split in two.
I must reach out in all directions,
follow every road I can,
like flickering, zig-zag bolts of lightning;
like the cracks and lines upon my hand.
I must reach out in all directions
and explore like all life forms from
seeds to trees; protozoa to me;
life explodes outwards like a bomb.
I must reach out in all directions
like spider sun that weaves the spring;
search the maze of possibilities;
try this, that and everything.
