He's tough

In the rain
the beach never calls my name
yet it remains the same
as on any sunny day

Perhaps it is me
that runs in the nude
when I've the mood
in the month of May

Yet does the fish not swim
when he has the whim
in the rain anyways

So today I shall streak
as a porpoise sleek
down by the bay

Will others come to play
