Which way is up?

How misguided we are.

We believe that we understand our situation.

We believe ourselves to stand upon that which is beneath us.

And yet beneath and above exist only in our heads.

There is no up or down other than that which we perceive relative to our own bodies.

We live like grape bloom on the skin of something that has no top or bottom; no start, middle or end; whose location we invent so that we may falsely claim to know what we are.

The reality of our situation is absurd.

The absurdity all too real.

So. Which way is up?
