POEM: The Slipstream of Desire.

She walks with undulating flow,
seductive velvet curves.
Can't tear away fevered gaze,
suggestive hips that sway.
Underwater balletic grace,
fluid movement gliding.
World on mute as she teases past,
allure in slow-motion play.
Whisper of silk, a glimpse of thigh,
succulent apricot.
Jet swathe of hair, a silken flow
which curtains sea-green eyes.
Arch of brow, blood red lips
curved in a cupid's bow.
Call her name, in lust or love,
or stand by hypnotized.
Attraction, fierce magnetic force,
drawn in against the will,
carpet-fur lined tongue, slack grin,
pupils wide in wonder.
Free fall rush, senses reel
in the slipstream of desire,
fuse ignite and numb the spine,
her current pulls them under.
Tight chest, a throbbing pulse,
held breath as looks collide,
suspend all animation,
to intercept her laden glance,
which slays with one lash-veiled look,
disdain or invitation,
as they vie in desperation,
to win her game of chance.
