Rain coming hard
So hard
Sheeting down heavily
Battering waves
More upon more upon more
Driving down like heartbeats that curve round
When reaching
Home.
Leaving arriving
Gushing flowing hammering
Rain.
Rain responsive to
Aching arid drought
Drought gaping wide and thirsty
Rain soaking drenched
Wet
Downpour
Pours
Down
Lowdown below
Below the
midland belt
(i am an old woman of 56 and i am still waiting for it)

And between times there was lovely sunshine for walks! Rhiannon
