close to a Chippie and a loo.

this ferry day-trip, Bob explains.
They’d hear the lingo, time on sand,
francs for gifts and lunches planned.
They went, and took a photograph
to long remember with a laugh
their epic enterprise excursion,
the fun, exhaustion, satisfaction.
